Loréal Color Riche L'Ombre Pure Eyeshadow Review & Swatches

Hi everyone, today I thought I would put together a post to show you this amazing drugstore Loréal single eyeshadows. I saw these about 3 weeks ago in boots and the colour range instantly caught my eye. All of the colours in this range are shimmery and they have a wide selection from greens to pinks to everyday nudes.

The three shades I picked up are:
'Nude - 200'
'Smoky - 307'
'Smoky - 301'

Firstly the packaging of this product makes them really easy to store and very convenient to travel with. They are small and compact however the gold plastic case makes them look pretty. These shadows have a creamy smooth texture and are easy to blend together with both matte and other shimmery eye shadow shades. The first time i wore them they had a lasting finish and did not budge even after 7/8 hours of wearing them (with a primer).

The best way to apply these is with your fingers, especially if you are using them as a base colour all over the lid however they blend like a dream with brushes as well so you have the option of using both :)

Shade: Over the Taupe - Nude - 200
(A beautiful shimmery golden brown)

Shade: Argentic - Smoky 307
(A striking shimmery silver)

Shade: Escape In Bordeaux - Smoky 301
(A unique shimmery plum purple shade with golden flecks)

Below are swatches of all three shades in sunlight

Overall I think these shadows are a great drugstore dupe for the more high end in intense creamy shadows. They retail for around £5.49 each so you cannot go wrong, especially when there are 3 for 2 deals going on. My favourite out of these three shades is 'Escape In Bordeaux' because it has the best colour pay off and is one of the most unique eyeshadow shades I own.
Let me know what you think of these if you have tried them
